Guze takes great pride in its reputation for quality products. Should you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the order and we will assist you with an exchange or refund, less any shipping charges.
Please be aware that any items purchased at a reduced or discounted price are not exchangeable for other items and cannot be refunded.
Refunds: Once you return your item, please allow up to 7 working days to receive your refund. Refunds will be made back to the PayPal/credit/debit/bank account from which the item was paid for.
Exchanges: Please allow 3-7 business days for us to receive the returned item, process it, and then re deliver your new order. Don’t forget to include what you would like the item exchanged for e.g. different size, colour etc.
